What we collect
- Account data: email address and hashed password (via Supabase Auth)
- Generated emails: the emails you generate are stored so you can access them in your dashboard
- Billing data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
- Usage data: a count of emails generated per month for billing purposes
How we use it
- To provide and operate the ColdMailer service
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (password reset, billing receipts)
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and auth (US-based)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI email generation (your prompts are subject to Anthropic's data policy)
Data retention
Your generated emails are stored until you delete them or close your account. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Your rights
You can delete your generated emails at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account or request a data export, email us at privacy@coldmailer.app.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). No tracking or advertising cookies.
