1. Acceptance

By using ColdMailer you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service description

ColdMailer is a SaaS tool that uses AI to help you draft outreach emails. We do not send emails on your behalf. You are responsible for all emails you send using content generated by this service.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use ColdMailer to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Harass, threaten, or deceive recipients
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable email law
• Impersonate any person or organization

4. Subscriptions & billing

ColdMailer is billed monthly at $39/month. You can cancel any time from your account. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We use Stripe for payment processing.

5. Intellectual property

You own the emails generated using your account. We retain ownership of the ColdMailer platform, codebase, and brand.

6. Disclaimers

ColdMailer is provided "as is". We make no guarantee about email deliverability, reply rates, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. You should review all generated emails before sending them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdMailer's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
